The Philatelic Archive is a non-profit project with the sole aim to archive every stamp in the world with photographs, cat numbers and estimated value. This will make it easier for people to identify stamps and hopefully encourage more people to become interested in stamp collecting as a hobby and pastime.

Association of British Philatelic Societies 8th National Stamp Exhibition is being held in Harrogate on 2nd & 3rd May 2008. There is expected to be approx 200 frames of competitive philately and 50 frames of non-competitive. A section on Yorkshire Postal History is also planned. A large number of dealers have booked stands.
